John F. Bradley is the founding partner of the Bradley Legal Group, P.A., located in the heart of downtown Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Since 1988, Mr. Bradley has focused his practice on intellectual property litigation, entertainment law, new media law, complex litigation, and corporate and business law. His work has been conducted at both the trial, appellate, and transactional levels. John has served as lead counsel in thousands of litigation cases in both State and Federal Courts for a broad range of clients including startups to multi-million dollar corporations. John’s entertainment practice includes representation of artists, arts organizations, musicians, bands, authors, photographers, models, record and publishing companies, management companies, production companies, actors, internet companies and many other creative types.

Mr. Bradley received his Juris Doctor Degree from Stetson University College of Law in 1988 and a Bachelor of Arts Degree, cum laude, in Political Science from St. Thomas University in 1985. He is licensed to practice law in the states of Florida and Tennessee, Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, United States Court of Appeals Federal and Eleventh Circuits, and is a mediator, having completed his Circuit Civil Mediator's Course. Currently, John is a member of American Bar Association, Broward County Bar Association, National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences, and formerly, served on the Board of Directors for the Fort Lauderdale Rotary Club, the Fort Lauderdale Jaycees, and is a past member of the American Federation of Musicians. Mr. Bradley is also the former Chairman of the Florida Bar Entertainment, arts, and Sports law section.

Mr. Bradley is a frequent lecturer on the subjects of entertainment and intellectual property at numerous universities, law schools, continuing legal educational seminars, music festivals, and other industry events. John is also an accomplished musician, singer, and songwriter with over twenty five years of performance experience. In 2008, John opened EchoXS Entertainment, LLC, which is a cutting edge entertainment based media and creative management company. John, his wife Alejandra, and son make their home in Hollywood, Florida.

    Ecosmart v. American Heat Manufacturer, LLC. - Patent Infringement/Trade Secrets. Successfully defended and obtained a settlement to patent infringement and trade secret claims (Southern District of Florida)

    Gomez v. Johnson. - Defamation. Granted a Motion to Dismiss on an unsettled question of law regarding blogger rights under Florida’s media retraction statute. (Miami-Dade Circuit Court)

    Hill v. Corel, et. al. - Rights of Privacy/Publicity. Obtained a temporary injunction and significant settlement against Corel Corporation (Corel Draw) on a matter of first impression in Florida as to an individual’s privacy and publicity rights in the digital replication of their image and likeness.     Janssen v. Malin Haley, et. al. - Professional Negligence/Patent. Successful defense and obtained a settlement in regards to a professional negligence claim involving a patent. (Southern District of Florida)

    Parisot v. Cinevision et. al. - Copyright infringement. Obtained a temporary injunction and settlement in regards to DVD piracy. (Southern District of Florida)

    Pinecrest Fine Art v. David’s Art. - Trademark Infringement/Trade Dress. Defended multi-million dollar claim to settlement. (Southern District of Florida)

    Regna v. Jose Feliciano; Regna v. Feliciano, et. al. - Contract/Tortious Interference. Successful defense to two breach of contract and tortious interference counts. (Palm Beach Circuit Court; Broward Circuit Court)

Geoffrey King Robinson specializes in transactional matters in the Entertainment Industry. Concentrating primarily in the music industry, his clients include independent record labels, musicians, songwriters, and producers. His practice also includes representation of performance venues, nightclubs, restaurants, and large scale special events and festivals.

Before becoming an attorney, Mr. Robinson earned a living as a professional musician, performing with many legendary artists during the late 1960’s and early 1970’s. Geoff also owned and operated his own record label, production company, and studio facility, and managed several artists while attending law school.

Mr. Robinson received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Ohio State University in 1969. Geoff earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law in 1982, and has practiced in the area of entertainment since 1983. Mr. Robinson has served on the Executive Committee of the Entertainment, Arts, and Sports Law section of the Florida Bar. He has lectured and participated in numerous symposiums on the topics of recording and publishing contracts, as well as on rights of publicity and celebrity licensing.

Mr. Daniel Polley has been practicing exclusively in the fields of patent, trademark and copyright law since 1990 and is a registered patent attorney with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Mr. Polley obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from Florida Atlantic University in 1986 and his law degree from Stetson University College of Law in 1989. Mr. Polley has significant experience in preparing, filing and prosecuting patent applications in a wide range of technologies, including electrical, software, mechanical, business methods and medical devices. In addition to his patent prosecution practice, Mr. Polley has a substantial trademark practice, including significant experience in filing applications and participating in opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Mr. Polley has worked with lead attorney Mr. John Bradley on multiple major intellectual property and complex litigation cases in Florida, New York and Ohio over their careers. Mr. Polley was born in Miami, Florida and is a native to South Florida.
